South America was home to the largest dinosaur that has ever walked the
face of the Earth, this was around 100 million years ago. It is possible
that the Argentinosaurus may have stood as tall as 21 meters (70 feet)
and measured an enormous 35 meters (115 feet) in length. Scientists have

Within The Seas
The Mesozoic Period is thought of to be the age of the giants. Large marine
reptiles dominated the seas while the dinosaurs conquered the land. Fish
reptiles, also known as Ichthyosaurs, made an earlier appearance than
the dinosaurs. They were originally revealed in the Early Triassic Period.
